Problems with plugins :((( please help

Ive got 3 plugins on my devilbot which dont work and ive never been able to use them... Cityreq, CTVOR and Neighbours

the first 2 plugins come up with...

This program cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.

and the neighbours plugin comes up with...

Does anyone know how i get round this to be able to make these plugins work on my main account... ive tried these plugins on my dummy accounts and theyve all worked fine so ive got no idea why its working for dummy account and not my main account... hmmm puzzled lol please help me someone thankyou for reading and your help

ctvor is not a devil plugin its a facebot plugin that allows you to send permits to your cityville hon

Cityreq no longer works!

Neighbors Plugin:
Delete all files from Profile folder and all files from tmp_dir except the folder lang_log

cityreq = PATCHED FEW MONTHS BACK!
ctvor = facebot plugin which also no more work as Z bug!
neighbors = give bot a complete first run then refresh neighbors will show perfectly!
