I tried different types of already upgraded buildings like super greenhouse level 3 and francis woods level 3. but after I accept the franchise the buildings are there but it's only level 1... how can I fix this?? any help please?? Question <BQ> ??

nope, if you place any item with cityfran, you'll get level 1 of the item, can't do anything in that.....
