downtown - help - using charles

For a mission in downtown, we need to collect 20 hats on community buildings.

The problem is that community building could be collect 1 per 24hours and that i collect more than 10 buildings (all) and 0 hat collected.

Is it possible to change % of luck to have object ?


I search but fond nothing (ps, i m french sorry if what i wrote is not easy to understand)

instead of collecting those hats from community buildings, use this link to ask Hats from your neighbors, it is much easier and faster:
