tip and trick downtown

i don t know if you do, and i do and it s working then i tell you
you can place and use mail and city center in downtown...

mail : only with normal business (not with premium business)
i try with dummy, and now with main count

it s difficult to have expansion in downtow (increase value and ....), then it s because i try to "clear" area with using city center and mail

What do you mean with "mail" place in DT? What is it for?

mail : where you can place business

use normal mail, not other (eco, international or else)

yup, alot of items are set to both worlds, i use goverment centre 7s filled with central park 7s to riase dt pop and used turqoise mansions in neighbourhoods to raise it, i wonder what items give most rise

it won't be in build menu, you need to craft it in the glass factory residence wing.....
or use buyit plugin to simply get them in inventory without any materials.....

They just posted that you could do it. I was asking them which one you could do it with.

Malls are for regular as well but you can use them downtown.

you can use hood_agnostic_level1 for new neighborshood at Downtown.
to get this building try use cityfran ,price only 10k coins but cant buy with buyit or peti.

i use crystal towers...glass skyscraper and the govt cent with the parks inside

Those are good but you can get more in the mansions estate using Turquoise mansions than you can get in the same space with crystal towers. The Govt center trick is a good one though.

how do we know if we've cover all areas. I expanded all over to where i cant expand no more and all i see is red...but when i build more buildings, doobers telling me that i now can expand. We expand on the water as well? all i get around the edges of the dtwn is red
