[Plugin] Neighbor Menu Action does not display anything: Bug source discovered

Ok. If the bot is freshly installed, there is no problem with the plugin display when you click the button/
When you disable the plugin and enable it (sometimes not all the time), extra characters appear before the URL when you click the Neighbor button.
instead of the correct address appearing like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
something is added precedent to the URL
How to fix?
disable the plugin using the PluginsManager then enable it after a few seconds. You may repeat this if not successful.
