CTVOR doesn't load.

CTVOR doesn't load.

I run with bot and plugins appears,i refreh plugins,and plugins was loaded without CTVOR,CTVOR Plugin doesn't load after refreshes(no problems with Internet connection).

CTVOR is not a plugin for the Cityville Bot.
It's a plugin for FarmBot.
It's uses your Farmville to send permits to your Cityville.
