It looks like the plugin is working but then nothing is in my inventory. Is anyone else having that problem?

you can't buy cash items or materials or permits with the plugin, only coins items can be purchased....

from what i know about that plugin and many others like it ...yo can only buy items placeable on main board Smile

I doubt you know much about it then, seeing as you are peddling other peoples work around, if you were so smart you would have made an effort on your own rather than hijack someone elses work.
