Is there any way to get this other then using charles ?

You have to look real close for it , it's near the bottom in municipal

i got it with cityfran but if i accept it in the city it refreshes i used the neighbors plugin to accept but it does not accept it when i go to the city its there waiting

even if the city does not accept it, fails to connect to the server, stop Do not have any other way?

I tried it and it worked perfectly, here's what i did:
1) Place 'mun_moneyvault_3' with cityfran
2) Accept the franchise using neighbors plugin
3) Open your city, you'll see that money vault is there
4) Remove it once, it will go in your inventory
5) Place it again in your city from your inventory

Thats it, look at your cash and BAM!!! 480 cash will be there....
also, you can collect from money vault every 24 hrs and on each collect it will give you 16 cash, so you can have 900+ cash from it, but it will work for only a month and after that it will stop giving cash upon collection.....

gives server error when I accepted the franchise. Do you need to charles?

you can't accept the franchise manually, it will give you error, you need to use the neighbor plugin of the bot to do so....

I think the problem is coming because you tried to accept it manually, try declining the current franchise and place a new one with cityfran, but this time don't try to accept it manually, just directly use neighbor plugin, it may work....

I believe that is the problem with most. You cannot accept manually, like you do other bldgs etc. Go to Neighbors plug in at bottom and highlight the franchise from there, if you get an error, try again. It should work.

accept it thru neighbor then sell it, it will be in your inventory, now u place it and harvest it.

J have caveau in inventory, but as soon position it...... reloads the page.......
