Bot Restarting

When this occurs the bot runs in a mood that does no work. When it finishes the timer commence like normal.
The problem i have with this is that; if the timer is set to an hr, when this occurs the bot has to wait another additional hr be4 it will run again in "work mood". however if it happens again it will continue running in that mood that it does no work (Infinitely) resulting in me to return after hrs seeing no work as bin done in the city.
What i would like to be done if possible is to set a switch which allows the bot to run twice; the 2nd one after receiving the "ERROR: (27) User not found" error in the 1st instance it ran.

I have seen that issue running the bot in schedules over a hour, probably the best solution could be that bot register error and restart itself.
