I don't know much about system, but I think if you're using 64bit system then you need to use both Charles and Java for 64bit system. IMHO

All of my 13 airports (the picture shows my 12 EXTRA airports) work perfectly fine with 14 planes each.

Yes, he's right, I have 182 planes but only 3 of them are vacation because it is of no use to have more. Only 3 routes available.
And yes, it takes time. Use the one-hour vacation route as often as possible.

I'll try this :

1 - Build all terminals extension on the right of the airport
2 - Add airplanes on the right
3 - Send all terminals to inventory (but not the planes)
4 - Build again all terminals on the left of the airport (requires new crew members)
5 - Add planes on the left
6 - Send all execpt aiplanes to inventory
7 - Rebuild the airport & all terminals (near the existing airplanes by taking care of leaving the available space to build the other planes)

I've tried this.
When i'm on stage 7 (Rebuild...), it's just impossible to rebuild terminal ext (the others are ok with 60 materials).

I can move all elements individually and place so many airplanes as I want.

But I can send the new airplanes only with bot and not in the game (the first i've build can be send in the game by clicking them when returns)

Hope I don't misunderstood your question.

Try this to send your airplanes which can't send to any destination this way
(not applicable for vacation planes)

- First you have to remember each planes which can (A) and which can't send (B) to any destination.
- A usually attached to an airport or to any terminals.
- Click on an A and click Destination and then Send Planes (not Send All),
- The icon change to a tiny plane, then clicks on each B.
- This way your B will follow to any destination where A sending to.

I've finished and upgraded all contract up to level 3.

But it's impossible to place again all terminals extensions from inventory -> msg : "Your airport have reached the maximum..."
