hope someone can help me with this ?2 use cityfran n if u add someone as neighbor do they have 2 b on ur neighbor ladder coz ive loads of dummy accounts and they r not on my ladder can i still use them 4 cityfran many thxx

no, they must be your neighbor, i.e. they must be on your neighbor ladder, then only they will work with cityfran...... sunny
