GovCenter missing in cyfran

I am unable to find Govcenter in cityfran.
I have looked under muncipal buildings as well as business buildings and bi-other.

add a new type "municipalcenter" in cityfranand refresh the plugin, then it will be in b_others.........

For the Food Court the Venetian & the Health Complex too (Cant see them in Cityfran)

And is it possible for us to add The Skyscraper Towers Level 7 in one go using Cityfran or do you have to build it all the way through... Same goes for the Government Center and the Platinum Tower.

For Food Court and Fashion Center, add a new type "mall3" (without quotes), then both of these will be in b_others......
Venetian palace is already under the head Landmarks, code is lm_venetianpalace .......
Health Complex is also already in the businesses, code is bus_health_complex .......

and at last, I don't think there's a way to put the buildings you asked already upgraded, you have to upgrade them yourself....

That was a lot of work..adding so many buildings..

Can I add you as my neighbour, it seems most of my neighbours have stopped playing I really need atleast
10 more neighbours I am still stuck on Level 2 on my Gov Center and my platinum towers and skyscraper too

best way to get gov center 7 already upgraded is through the charles crate trick, saves a lot of time begging for parts!!
