Just put "permits" (without quotes) in the textbox, limit in 10 and start, it will be the first plugin to execute. You can stop it and run it as many as you wants.

yes, type permits... 10... use timer to restart bot as soon as it ends, do nothing else, only KPD plugin, leave for the night... you will have thousands in the morning.
