i can capture doggies as well as bandits using bot 1.10 if u cant there seems problem on your side i have captured around 15 doggies and 14 bandits using this version

its not coming up in my log n ive auto checked eveything so wat am i doing wrong

try catching them manually 1 or 2 doggies then try to catch via bot ........see that u clear temp dir and profile directory and start from fresh if nothing works than something is wrong.check all plugin setting also try to post ur log when it tries to capture as i did..so we can see what exactly is going on.
and if you want collect all residence un check in building plugin in residence ....Collect Residences having vacant only? even if you have doggies in Que and select all residence it wont collect all houses...it will only collect houses that have vacant population .......and that why some people get prey never spawned even after selecting all houses.
