[Building Plugin] warnings on this plugin

I am getting these warnings on the neighborhood part of the plugin
I have recently added the two family house type neighborhood and now I am getting this warning.

I have did what the faq says to do for this but they still remain

ok. i looked at the page properties of the blank page and this is the URL that appeared.

look at the screenshot and verify the URL. As you can see there are extra characters at the beginning of the address. I copied the address, remove the extra characters and paste it into a browser and the page appeared.


I think the problem is the link from the button. When you click the button the extra characters are included in the URL and that is causing the problem.
