I've tried everything I can think of but DEVIL won't load my city. my ID number remains at 0 . is it just me or is everyone having issues with it? confused

says fatal error class plugin manager not found...HELP ME PLEASE! I think I broke the thing trying to fix it.. I am soo dumb with pc's lol

I think I did something wrong while trying to fix it! lol and I can't figure out what I did

I emptied cache, but still didn't work..so I uninstalled bot and am now re installing it to see if that works... thanks for the reply!!!
