[Neighbour] Timer like in CastlevilleBot

Hi,
is there any chance to insert a timer in the Neighbors Plugin so it run itself in auto every "SET" time and for "SET" neighbors? :p

In Castleville bot there are a lot of variables that one can set for this plugin, i link at you the plugin so maybe you can "grab" some idea for the cityville one
